At TechnoSam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Return Eligibility
You are eligible for a return if:
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect
- The return request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and invoices
- You provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The defect is due to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence
- The product was sold under a “non-returnable” tag (except in case of a manufacturing defect)
- The return request is raised after the 7-day period
3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
All return or refund requests must be initiated via the TechnoSam Help Centre:

- Visit the Help Centre on our website
- Click on “Submit a Ticket”
- Select the appropriate department — e.g., Returns & Refunds
- Fill in the required details:
- Order ID
- Contact information
- Detailed description of the issue
- Attach relevant photos or videos of the product defect
Our support team will review your ticket and respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If a replacement unit is in stock, it will be shipped to you at no extra cost
- If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The returned product is received in original condition
- All accompanying materials (e.g. box, charger, manual) are returned
- The defect is verified by our team
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our Help Centre
- If the product has already been shipped, the return process must be followed after delivery
6. Shipping Charges
- No return shipping charges will apply if the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect
- In all other return scenarios (if allowed), shipping costs will be borne by the customer
