Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Overview
At TechnoSam, we are committed to ensuring prompt and secure delivery of your orders. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and handling delivery issues.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to:
- All major cities and towns across India
- Remote or rural areas, subject to courier partner availability
International shipping is not currently available. For bulk export inquiries, contact support@technosam.in.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed on or before 1:00 PM (IST) on business days (Mon–Sat) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on Sundays / on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after placing your order.
⏱️ Processing may be delayed during high-volume periods or in case of payment or stock issues.
4. Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery times:

These are only estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹ 1,000/-
- Standard Shipping Fee of ₹ 90/- for orders below that amount
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via:
- Email (registered email ID)
- SMS (registered mobile number)
You can also track your order on the Order Tracking page using your Order ID and mobile/email.
7. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If the delivery fails due to the following reasons, no refund will be issued:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailable or unreachable during delivery attempts
- Customer refusal to accept the package without valid reason
Such orders will be treated as undelivered and may be returned to origin without refund. If you want the product reshipped, you must bear the shipping cost again.
8. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, public holidays
- Courier partner delays
- Remote location access restrictions
- High order volumes during sales/festivals
If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days, contact us via the Help Centre using the Shipping & Delivery department.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Do not accept delivery if the package:
- Appears tampered, torn, or open
- Is damaged or leaking
- Has missing items
In such cases:
- Refuse the package at the time of delivery
- Report it within 24 hours via the Help Centre
- Share clear photos or videos of the package and contents
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue via replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
10. Change of Address
To change the delivery address:
- Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via our Help Centre
- Address changes are not possible once the order is shipped
